Hi, The only reason it will be getting a five rated because Rielle because she was professional, friendly, respectful, and provided great customer service. After a horrible experience yesterday after ordering one cheese pizza and a salad. I will be reporting the Gm tomorrow sometime because when I informed him of the situation of getting pork in my salad after I requested it to be moved it wasn’t when received. And I was informed “ It will be refunded, and ended the call immediately. The tone of his voice appeared irritated, and angry. No professionalism was given or empathy for the long wait for the wrong salad. Nor Did he give a name but the customer service number gives you an option to speak to a Manager. So I assume it allowed me to speak to a manager from Brice because I contacted the Brice location. Again I will be reporting the man who shown me rude behavior over the phone. But the Manager Reille was super friendly and nice . And she shouldn’t have to apologize for another co-workers mistake.

This is an update to my previous review. I love everything but have had trouble with the cinnamon sticks! Mostly I was getting sometimes burnt sticks with icing only. None of all the yummy cinnamon goodies they used when they first introduced this product. Well...I just ordered them again and THEY FOUND THE CINNAMON!!!! Ooooo! They are just like the original ones!!! Soft and cinnamony! Really decadent!!! Yay! Thank you Donatos!

Ordered their Cauliflower Crust pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. It was the best Cauliflower Crust pizza and ranked up there with a regular crust pizza. My husband ordered the same but added sausage. He thought the same as I did. Kudos go out to Donatos and whomever made our pizzas!

Great food, service, and customer service with a greeting & smiles. Love their chicken harvest salad. This salad ingredients are always fresh, the honey roasted pecans provide just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the salad and all the ingredients, the fresh blue cheese crumbles provide a burst of favor and the real chicken breast so moist you can slice with a fork and seasoned to perfection. Overall I been ordering and eating the Chicken Harvest Salads for years now but only at the Brice Rd. & Livingston Ave location. Great for lunch and dinner if you are a salad girl such as I. Great salad for a great price and the portion are more than enough.
